Massage a small amount of the body scrub on to damp skin paying particular attention to knees, elbows and feet. Use deep, circular movements around the thighs, tummy and bottom or anywhere that there is extra weight, cellulite or congested skin.
If using the scrub during a bath (as opposed to a shower) stand up whist you massage your skin. Then when you relax in the bath water the essential oils will continue to be absorbed. Finally, rinse off with clear water. A splash of cold is the best way to finish the treatment. If you dare!!
